If you want more real life locations I’d be happy to answer! All the parks in the game are nothing compared to them in person but all the buildings (like ESB, Chrysler, etc) are the exact same. If the map was was RDR2 size, it would for sure be accurate. Basically, everything is real and where they should be (except quite a few ones like the Wakandan Embassy and other Marvel related ones but some may be replaced or something but it’d take forever to type individually) but the city overall is much larger. Fisk Tower in the game is in the same spot as well except it’s Trump Tower. The Sanctum Sanctorum’s address is real but is also not a real place, it’s just a random house corner. Oscorp in all media is not based on anything in real life unfortunately but in TASM2 film it was filmed at Hearst Tower in New York but the exterior was cgi. In most, if not all other iterations it’s basically either replaced or is on top of the MetLife Building which is the exact same building and look in real life. The Avengers tower in the game itself is a new added spot.
Since it’s Marvel’s New York, there will always be changes but nothing too crazy, I’m not from New York but I’ve been to every part of Manhattan since I only live an hour away and compared to the game it’s practically the same exact thing but in reality, it’s far larger but the most accurate New York yet.
